Preferred Meeting Management, Inc. manages international scientific and engineering conferences. Our work centers on one research community: micro electro mechanical systems, microfluidics, sensors and the instruments built from them.
The meetings we run move every year. IEEE MEMS goes from Salzburg in January 2026 to the Big Island of Hawaii in January 2027. MicroTAS goes from Adelaide to Granada to Pasadena. The address on the contact page stays the same: ours, in San Diego.
That continuity is the job. Committees change with every edition. The deadlines, the systems and the people who know how the meeting runs stay in place, so each new chair inherits a conference that already works.
